Subject: [PATCH] Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/sdc.git from branch 'master'
  to 60c01004daf199820825f9bf345a3ed8a96f8933
  - Add null test to DistributionMonitoringBusinessLogic

    - Added test in `handleAuditingDaoResponse` for null value related to `resAuditingGenericEvent`
