dme2 plugin improvements
DME2 plugin itself will be coded to generic properties object not any custom object. The code is flexible so new query parameters can easily be added without code changes. Default properties which could previously not be overridden can now be overridden if desired.

Add blueprint for restapicallnode
Restapicallnode was using spring-dm to advertise itself in
Amsterdam. This no longer is supported in Karaf 4 (Nitrogen) so
need to use Aries Blueprint.

Fix DG calls to use correct rpc name
DG calls should expect the name of the DG to be the same as the name of
the rpc as defined in the Yang model. LCM was incorrectly expecting
names in upper camelcase (e.g. UpgradeSoftware) when the Yang
model defines them in lowercase hyphenated (e.g. upgrade-software). Either
LCM or DGs need to change, so changed LCM since to be consistent with
other MD-SAL applications.

Fix ansible-adapter dependencies

when attempting to install in karaf.

Fix feature dependency versions
Fix single-feature pom.xmls to use version of sli/core artifactsi
specified in parent poms, as opposed to project.version, which
is incorrect and causes release build to break.

Fix properties precedence
Updated aai-service so that /aaiclient.properties
has highest precedence, over any properties bundled within
the jar / karaf container.

URGENT : Add node executors
Need to register node executors on SvcServiceImpl start up. This
was broken inadvertantly during move to Aries blueprint.
NOTE : This is a sev 1 fix for APP-C. Please review and merge

RESTapiCallNode make request without content-type
currently the RESTAPI adaptor doesn't make a REST request with empty Content-type, this change is to help the adaptor to make request with no Content-type, currently defaulting to application/json. This is to avoid, when some servers throw 415 Unsupported Media Type error, when they dont support JSON response.
