Correct invalid key/value in vnfsdk manifest file
The key/value in the manifest file used in vnfsdk pkgtools integration
test was set wrong. Now with the new features of validation those
key/values are being added into vnfsdk pkgtools, we need to correct it
to avoid failure.

Move src_folder
The SDC simultator mentions[1] the usage of ChefDK as part of tools
for installation/development. The installation process uses the /opt/

patchset changes the destionation folder for all the ONAP projects.
