Add support for parsing profile yaml files
Add code to parse profile configuration yaml
The parsing function is global and returns a client
which can then be used to get or apply specific parts
of the configuration on top of an extracted helm chart.

Delete content when a definition is deleted
When a definition is deleted, delete the content too.
Not deleting the content would leave blobs of data that is not
connected to any metadata in the mongo database.

Account for strings when reading from db
Strings are not returned unmodified by the
mongo driver and seem to have a size value prepended to them.
Using the built in string reader resolves this issue.

Enable statd service
NFS uses rpc-statd service to provide locks. These service needs to
be started separately. This fix enables that service to prevents
'no locks available' message errors.

Migrating from consul to mongodb for backend
Migrating to mongodb from consul.
The main reason being the value size limitation of 512kb in consul.
See https://jira.onap.org/browse/MULTICLOUD-426 for details.
This requires a little bit of hierarchy management
and data management.
We are no longer converting structs to json encoded
strings. The underlying db supports structs without any modifications.
Also, since Mongo has the concept of collections, each submodule can
use its own collection for storage as needed.
Definition uses a collection called rbdef right now.
P10: Enabling unit tests for mongo.go. This requires the usage
of aliased functions.
P11: Expanded unit tests for all functions in mongo.go
P12: Refactored parameter validation.
Removed TestHealthCheck as we are not mocking any of the
db commands right now
Checking return value of read with an expected value
P13: Adding back consul support.
Fixing functional test
Full consul implementation check and modifications is
being tracked by MULTICLOUD-427
P15: Fix ReadAll unit test and corresponding code
ReadAll now returns error when no objects are found

Enable downloading binaries and containers
The *download_run_once* kubespray config option allows to download
container images only once then push to cluster nodes and the
*download_localhost* option makes the installer node a delegate for
pushing images while running the deployment with ansible.
These two options pretends to reduce the amount of traffic during
the deployment time of the Kubernetes cluster.

Use temporal workaround

Document All-in-One Bare-Metal provisioning
This document describe the proces to do an All-in-One deployment in
a Bare-Metal deployment, listing the Hardware and Software minimal
requirements, it also uses the aio.sh bash script for reducing the
number of manual steps.
Vagrantfile and installer.sh has been modified to disable functional
tests by default and includes the passwordless sudo verification.

Revert kube_proxy_mode mode to iptables

Fix start.sh script
The start bash script is used during development phase to quickly

Change proxy-mode from iptables to ipvs
Kubespray uses iptables by default for implementing a form of virtual
IP. Ipvs has better performance when syncing proxy rules than iptables.
This change sets that configuration option.

Change Vagrant default provider
Vagrant uses VirtualBox as default provider, but given that it's not
fully supported in this project its better to change that behaviour.
This change makes Libvirt as default Vagrant provider.

Fix non-existing all.yml file
The all.yml file contains global configuration used by kubespray.
During the initial execution this file doesn't exist and its
execution can raise an error. This change fix that scenario.

Add edgex yaml to helm based template
Add existing deployment and service yaml files into
a helm chart that can reused.
Currently splitting out consul and mongo as subcharts while
keeping the rest under the main edgex chart.
P2: Convert to different label selectors
P3: Keep the old configuration yaml in a seperate kubernetes folder
P4: Removed common chart with the templates. We are using only a small subset
which we can expand locally via Helm Variables

Improve build process
The build process is used by Jenkins Daily Jobs to generate images
as well as the provisioning vagrant process. This change pretends
to satisfy both processes.

Remove source /etc/environemnt instruction
Apparently this instruction is overriding the GOROOT value during
the execution in the Jenkins Jobs.

Enable vhost_net module in nodes.

virtio-net network card in the host kernel.

Using VirtletCloudInitUserData section
The VirtletCloudInitUserData section defines instructions used by
cloud-init service to post-provisioning VMs. But this section cannot
be used with VirtletCloudInitUserDataScript in the Deployment file
definition. This changer replaces these virtlet sections.

Fix installation order
The current order of the installation instructions in the setup.sh
script causes issues in some systems, mainly because they are lacking
of certain basic packages. This change includes the python packages
and fix the order of execution.
