openci: Add ActiveMQ credentials binding

The ActiveMQ credentials are used by Python publisher for
connecting to the broker.

In order for the credentials to be available to the job,
ActiveMQ credentials need to be added to Jenkins with a
name/uid openci-connect-activemq.
