Update git submodules

* Update kubernetes/robot from branch 'master'
  to d4d20fe81e2fb4ee98e16c2b350b0981202f57d6
  - Bump testsuite 1.7.0 for Guilin

    It consists mainly in simple robot changes
    It is far from our target for the moment
    - chart not brought back to OOM repo
    - baseline image too big
    - pod launched as root
    - pod still dealing with python 2.7

    A refactoring of the pod was planned for Guilin but it is not ready.

    Note: The changes are already taken into account in CI through the
    xtesting dockers
