Changing repository names

Changing the repository name ecomp-snapshot and
ecomp-release to ecomp-snapshots and ecomp-releases. I
belieive that the correct version has the 's' at the end. This
matches oparent and other projects' pom files. I could be wrong
in which case you can abandon this.
