This includes (list might not be complete, as some editiorial updates have been done too):

    Adding a new "stndDefined" enum to VES Common Event Header "domain" property
    Adding a new VES Common Header property "stndDefinedNamespace"
    Adding stndDefinedFields structure to VES Common Event
