[CLAMP] Fix path for schema_details.json

As we moved back to standard python packaging, the json
artifact must follow the onapsdk requirements.
It could be fixed in onap-pythonsdk [1] but it would require
a new release of the SDK, it is possible to adjust by creating
the file at right place from the docker.
