Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/vid.git from branch 'master'
  to 350c5302a1f49b96dfb0789d7597324c23834f94
  - Align to fasterxml 2.9.7

    1. Introduce property ${jackson.version}
    2. Explicitly define jackson-* dependencies
    3. Remove unneeded exclusions, as top-level declarations are taking
       place by definition.
