Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/modeling/modelspec.git from branch 'master'

  - Merge "Updates to Party"
  - Updates to Party

    Added to the party submodel, filling out attributes and definitions.
    Focus is on party, partyrole, and building a reasonable foundation/basis
    for partyrole of vendor.   Also have a draft of how it could tie in to
    the class hierarchy.
