Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/multicloud/k8s.git from branch 'master'
  to 381e61199653bbfa7da9c5349acad87a944fc8b8
  - Make service port configurable

    Service port should be configurable.
    This patch removes the hardcoded value.
    The default value is 9015
