Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/aaf/certservice.git from branch 'master'
  to 1740a80eab8ebb9598b7e9a19632a17491811be2
  - Refactor run client step in makefile

    Change run-client target in Makefile to automatically remove container after execution. Remove stop-client target, because it's not needed anymore
