Update git submodules

  - Merge "Fix build error due to missing 0.7.0 artifacts"
  - Fix build error due to missing 0.7.0 artifacts

    Fixed to use latest CCSDK snapshot version instead of using version 0.7.0,
    which was not released due to bug in auto-release process.
