Update git submodules

  - Merge "Fix sdnc ansible server issue"
  - Fix sdnc ansible server issue

    Due to change by APPC to CCSDK ansible server, SDNC needs to add back the
    endpoint command for its ansible container (which it had been getting from
    the ENDPOINT defined in the Dockerfile.
