Reset artifact versions to snapshot

Reset 1.1.1-SNAPSHOT version of poms to use snapshot versions of
CCSDK artifacts. This is done so that builds against version
1.1.1-SNAPSHOT of artifacts will not fail due to RC0 release
versions of artifacts not being created yet.
