1. Change get-vgmux-lan-ip DG to pull
whole tunnelxconn allotted resource
which allows the use of both vgmux-lan-ip
and vG-ip from tunnelxconn

2. Add vG vxlan tunnel and
bridge domain setup to
brg-topo-activate
