Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom/offline-installer.git from branch 'master'
  to 1dd72bddf480e3af3b82ce7863d9397dc9c71003
  - Merge "Updated inventory template in install guide"
  - Updated inventory template in install guide

    Updated the inventory file template in install guide to cover
    new group structure.
    Just copy-paste of current inventory/hosts.yml
    same as before.
