Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/sdc.git from branch 'master'
  to 1b89157b86d89726e294f22416da965a095a2210
  - Fix catalog-fe plugin online checking

    ESAPI encoder cannot be loaded due to a missing ESAPI.properties file
    in path, which causes an exception and breaks the online checking call.
    The plugin is always shown as offline.
