Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom.git from branch 'master'
  to b6cc3faee96f0f286c5ed3c6363ef5cb4f5354be
  - Merge "Drop support for postgres-legacy common chart"
  - Drop support for postgres-legacy common chart

    There is no need to maintain two postgres charts if all components can
    work with the newest version so let's remove the legacy one.
