Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/sdc.git from branch 'master'
  to 8ddc6c9609581167a35404289e5015097346fea9
  - Update WORKFLOW Artifact Type configuration

    To add an operation with an existing Workflow in a RESOURCE,
    the Artifact Type WORKFLOW needs to support the extension
    "bpmn" and the component type "RESOURCE".
