Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/so.git from branch 'master'
  to 35575d4a9ba1d8d7c4a987b8de31ad391b8ff71b
  - construct for each platform

    construct for each platform instead of whole string of platforms
    related to network
    formated the files
    updated the test case per feedback
    fixed the compilation  error
