Fix for the vFW DT use case docs

- sections reorder to have Ansible part after CDT configuration
- vFW VNF ID changed to vPKG VNF ID
- corrupted xlsx spreadsheet fixed
- added xlsx format as a binary file to gitattributes
- other small changes
