Fix response messages returned by Get delta between anchor and JSON payload API

-Updated response message for syntactically invalid JSON input.
-Added proper response codes and exception messages for:
    -Non-existing xpath
    -Invalid xpath
    -Invalid JSON payload/file format
    -Malformed yang/zip file
