Remove CPS-Temporal from RTD

Remove CPS-Temporal from RTD

- Remove CPS-Temporal references
- Removed never implemented interface such as AA&I
- Updated diagrams accordingly
- moved all images to _static folder
- restored -W flag for tox and link-check section so errors will lead to build failures!
