Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom.git from branch 'master'
  to 234e9e1ac46930b16cdc10fa07464031eec6e855
  - Merge "PEP8 for ready.py and job_complete.py script"
  - PEP8 for ready.py and job_complete.py script

    Refactor code to adapt the PEP8 rules:
    - line width
    - empty line after method
    - checking None in the condition
