update for missing nginx tarfile

This update adds an entry to the docker_images lists file to ensure
it is saved as a tar file and available for processing in the
"Prepare infra related images to infra folder" section.

This repo contains SRC code for offline installer solution. It can be primarily used for ONAP offline deployments using OOM charts however it can be used for other offline deployments as well as it's concept is quite generic.
