Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom.git from branch 'master'

  - Merge "[SO] Use common secret template in so-sdc-controller"
  - [SO] Use common secret template in so-sdc-controller

    Use common secret template in so-sdc-controller component.
    For now passwords are stil hardcoded but this will be removed in
    further commits.
