Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom.git from branch 'master'
  to b85fba094ef38191e9105d56f68e958fd6d4cafd
  - Merge "Updated sdc cert."
  - Updated sdc cert.

    Updated truststore/keystore password for sdc cert.
    Added truststore/keystore password to chef AUTO.json.
    Updated deployment.yaml files to mount the cert files.
