  - Merge "SDWAN vpn-site-res delete DG duplicate removal"
  - SDWAN vpn-site-res delete DG duplicate removal

    In SDWAN vip-site-resource-delete DG, Duplicat
    validation of vnf-id is deleted where requiredParameters
    method is called for validation and again validating
    for NULL check with the same input.
