[TEST-25] Add commands to demo.sh

Add suuport for
init_customer
distribute
instantiateVFW
deleteVNF

Fix red.xml

Remove deletion of regions, tenant etc
from A&AI durinf terdown which pulls the rug out
from under the demo customer.
