Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/so.git from branch 'master'
  to 22c74e97c4d75249c7b15b4ba8862c6a4efdb84a
  - Merge "Remove MsoLogger form BPMN infrastructure scripts"
  - Remove MsoLogger form BPMN infrastructure scripts

    Replaced MsoLogger with plain slf4j.
    Refactored loging output.
    Fixed imports.
    Replaced utils.log() with respective logger calls.
