  to 3d46775fa205e66c24da18473bf2e9de9f3ec0b4
  - Merge "Removed check for ServiceProxyCustomization"
  - Removed check for ServiceProxyCustomization

    - Added test records for the testServiceProxy testcase
    - Removed check for existing ServiceProxyCustomization since multiple
    services can associate to the same customization record.
