Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/so.git from branch 'master'
  to 66781db64d1839f283ce99278393f2c65baf9263
  - Merge "Add fluent setters for BuildingBlocks and ExecuteBuildingBlock"
  - Add fluent setters for BuildingBlocks and ExecuteBuildingBlock

    Test which check more than one functionallity were separarted.
    Minor code improvements around BB and EBB.
