Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/ccsdk/parent.git from branch 'master'
  to 0586da4e5172ea4508b62698ded43c6c59eb7d6d
  - Remove staging plugin

    Remove staging-profile, which had been needed for daily builds in
    old daily build jobs.
