Add msb and kube2msb registrator to oneclick

Deploying MSB first and kube2msb last will ensure
all the ONAP services can be registered to MSB.

Introduces the ONAP Platform OOM (ONAP Operations Manager) to efficiently Deploy, Manage, Operate the ONAP platform and its components (e.g. MSO, DCAE, SDC, etc.) and infrastructure (VMs, Containers).
