Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/appc/deployment.git from branch 'master'
  to fd44b067a67363cb4c8d8750a2cb6481332d9b4a
  - Possible fix for jenkins build

    This fix gets the platform logic installer and copies it
    directly from the target directory where it was built.
