Add more STAGING tags

 - initial implementation tagged the verified images only with
   <full version>-STAGING-latest while the original maven tagging
   added also <minor version>-STAGING-latest and
   <full version>-STAGING-<timestamp>; the latter two are now added
   by the script as well
