Retain: allow flexible object for `value` field in SubjobWriteRequest

Reasons for retaining `additionalProperties: true`:
- Supports dynamic payloads as object. (e.g., add, replace, action)
- Rely on flexible schemas
- Avoids validation issues in polymorphic data use cases
