Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/appc.git from branch 'master'
  to e48727b615d84e00f681359b899912cdfc65d876
  - remove duplicated artifact in chef adapter

    there are two org.apache.httpcomponents:httpclient
    defined in pom file, keep a one from line 63-67
