Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom.git from branch 'master'
  to abb75e020a15cdc96be2bceae57dec90e22a1dca
  - Merge "Remove redundant Ingress service config"
  - Remove redundant Ingress service config

    Initial version of the script configures
    ingress controller service as LoadBalancer
    and switches it immediately to NodePort
