Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/multicloud/k8s.git from branch 'master'
  to 7e20d29b2d82f4ebbe347b7ed39a1c5d51752314
  - Merge "Added intentResolver"
  - Added intentResolver

    IntentResolver shall collect the clusterdetails for each of the app
    where it needs to be deployed. This shall be called by
    the instantiation code.
