1.15.2 release

- remove all AAF dependendies
- remove the aaf spring profile
- rename auth-related properties
  - mso.config.cadi.aafId -> mso.auth.user
  - mso.auth              -> mso.auth.password
- update tomcat-catalina (9.0.45 -> 9.0.105)
