Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/so.git from branch 'master'
  to 3d21e35743d9fe5afbd33e0cc7230c35ed0832ab
  - Merge "PNFs are not picked from SNIRO response"
  - PNFs are not picked from SNIRO response

    vnfHostName with empty value is present. PNFName should be use a key to
    pnf AAI object (not pnfId). FIxed bug recently introduced in
    ConfigurationResourceCustomizationRepository.
