Add validation of non referenced file in package

Add the validation specified in SOL004, that all files in the package
should be listed in the Manifest file.
Fix Validator related Test class, adapting to the new validation.
Create a manifest builder to help the tests.
Fix minor typos.
Update .gitignore to remove ajcore files.
