Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/aai/esr-gui.git from branch 'master'
  to ae14506d535eb3fb2e9f9095375e98e784c92419
  - Migrate aai-esr-gui docs

    Merging this will create
    https://onap-aai-esr-gui.readthedocs.io
    This build will run in parallel
    to the current docs generation method
    until we are ready to cut over.
