Add precise operating system package requirements

In order to make sure that kubernetes nodes will be installed with
the required software packages before the actual ONAP installation,
the more specific requirements have been added to the Installation
Guide.

This repo contains SRC code for offline installer solution. It can be primarily used for ONAP offline deployments using OOM charts however it can be used for other offline deployments as well as it's concept is quite generic.
