Update sli/core to use Mariadb connectori

Update sli/core (including dblib, notably) to use mariadb-connector
for any jUnit tests.  Update Import-Package in dblib provider pom.xml
to import org.mariadb.jdbc so that org.mariadb.jdbc.Driver will
be resolved
