Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom.git from branch 'master'
  to 00355f15f66bcc32d9d954beb5952c66f980927a
  - Merge "[COMMON] fix primary PVC for postgres template"
  - [COMMON] fix primary PVC for postgres template

    The last line of the template rewrites PVC storage class and thus the
    behavior is not the expected one.

    This patch removes the faulty (and unecessary) line.
