Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom.git from branch 'master'
  to 91a7fd0f6715153591e9ad4608fffb13f004fb9e
  - Merge "Ensure create database schema job logs stored"
  - Ensure create database schema job logs stored

    in the host system so when the pod dies
    unsuccessfully, we can investigate
    the root cause of the problem
